Cribs:
Portacribs are provided with the unit at no extra cost.
Maid
Service: Daily maid service is NOT included, but is available
for an extra fee.
Check-in time: 3 p.m.
Check-out time: 10 a.m.
Deposit:
A $500 per week deposit is required to hold any reservation.
Changes
in Reservations: One free change if made 60 or more days
prior to arrival. $40 processing fee will be charged for all other
changes.
Cancellations & Refunds: $500 per week cancellation
fee. The balance of the refund is based upon the length of advance
notice given prior to arrival date. Reservations may be canceled
by either the landlord or the renter up to 60 days prior to arrival
without penalty, at which time the renter will receive a full refund.
30-59 days 50% refund, 29 days or less no refund. Amounts forfeited
above the $500 cancellation fee may be used as a credit for a future
non-peak season booking, providing new arrival date is between 59
days prior and 90 and 365 days after cancellation.
Advance Payment: Full payment required 60 days
before arrival and on all reservations made less than 60 days from
arrival date.

vacancy losses due to no-shows. Also since we know we have firm
bookings, we never resort to overbooking. The savings thus generated
are substantial, enabling Us to devote dollars, which otherwise
would be wasted elsewhere, to provide better appointed, more thoughtfully
furnished and carefully maintained accommodations.
There
is nothing like a bad accommodation to ruin your hard earned vacation,
so be wise and don't take risks.
